Eavesdrop Music - App and Website Reactivation Policy

1. About This Policy

1.1

This policy should be read in conjunction with the Privacy Policy, User Terms and Data Retention Policy. This policy sets out how you can reactivate an account.

1.2

Any capitalised or defined terms which are not expressly defined in this policy shall be as defined in the Privacy Policy, User Terms and Data Retention Policy as applicable (collectively the policies).

1.3

In the event of any conflict between policies, the following policies shall take precedence in this order: Data Retention Policy, Account Activation Policy, User Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. Account Activation

2.1

If your account has been deleted or closed at your request this will mean the account will be inaccessible for the cooling off period set out in the Data Retention Policy. After the end of the cooling off period, all data will be permanently erased within 90 days unless we confirm otherwise. After the 90 day period, you will not be able to reactivate your account.

2.2

If you wish to reactivate your account during the cooling off period, you should give notice before the end of the cooling off period; subject to compliance with the policies, we will try and re-active as soon as possible. If you do not request account reactivation during the cooling off period, your account may not be reactivated and all data (including all Sounds) will be permanently erased.

2.3

If we delete, close or block your account in accordance with the policies, you can request that your account is reactivated provided you contact us via support@eavesdropmusic.com setting out your reasons. Any request must be made within 90 days from our applying a block or giving you notice, setting out in full your reasons. We will review this request and may reactivate the account in our sole discretion. In the event you don’t contact us, or we don’t agree with your request, your account will not be able to be reactivated and all data (including all Sounds) will be permanently erased.
